Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

  • Cancellations received up to 1st February 2013, will be refunded less an administrative charge of 25 US$.

  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1st February 2013.

  • The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
